Briefing for congressional staffers offers data and solutions on gerrymandering

On September 10, Problem Solvers Caucus Executive Director Daniel Garza, ERN Vice President Heather Balas, and Issue One expert Michael McNulty delivered a comprehensive briefing to a packed room of congressional staffers on how partisan gerrymandering can leave millions of voters without meaningful electoral competition.

“The practice is unethical and unAmerican,” Balas told the audience.
